VCED Partners with LVRPP on Revolving Loan Fund

Valley County Economic Development (VCED) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Loup Valley’s Rural Public Power District (LVRPPD) to help area businesses access and utilize LVRPPD’s Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). This collaboration aims to strengthen economic growth, support local entrepreneurs, and enhance business development throughout Valley County and Loup Valley Rural Public Power’s service district.

Through this partnership, VCED will assist businesses in understanding eligibility requirements, preparing applications, and navigating the loan process. The Revolving Loan Fund, operated by Loup Valley’s Rural Public Power District, is designed to provide low-interest financing for projects that create jobs, promote community investment, and encourage long-term economic vitality.

“We are excited to work closely with Loup Valley Rural Public Power District to expand awareness and use of this valuable financing tool,” said Caleb Pollard, VCED Executive Director. “The Revolving Loan Fund can be a game-changer for local businesses looking to start, grow, or modernize, and VCED is ready to help entrepreneurs take full advantage of it.”

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting rural communities and ensuring area businesses have access to resources that help them succeed. LVRPPD’s Revolving Loan Fund can be utilized to support projects such as business expansions, equipment purchases, facility improvements, and other investments that strengthen the region’s economy.
