Today we celebrated of our $300,000 grant award from USDA Rural Development for the establishment of an area-wide revolving loan fund, the first project being the renovation of the historic Valley County Courthouse. The courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is indeed a gem on our historic downtown square.
