Are you contractor interested in constructing homes in the Rolling Hills Subdivision? Then you are in the right place! Below is the advertisement for bids for homes on lots 36, 39, and 40 of the Rolling Hills Subdivision. Please note that bidding documents will be available at our office: 1514 K Street, Ord, NE, 68862.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals for furnishing all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents entitled: Rolling Hills Addition Lots 36, 39 and 40, Ord, Nebraska will be received at the New Neighborhoods Developers, LLC office, 1514 K Street, Ord, Nebraska 68862, Attention: Mr. Trevor Lee on or before 3:00 p.m. CST on November 12, 2018 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project includes new construction of three single family residences in the Rolling Hills Addition for Lots 36, 39 and 40. Each home will contain three bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, and be of one level. All bids shall be made on the printed forms attached to and made a part of the Proposed Contract Documents.

NOTICE: Bids submitted by facsimile transmission are not acceptable. Each bidder must submit with the bid a cashiers’ check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The character and amount of security to be submitted by the contractor for the performance of the contract is stated in the proposed contract documents. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for a period of at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of the bids.

NEW NEIGHBORHOODS DEVELOPER, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS AND RE-ADVERTISE FOR BIDS OR ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH ANY BIDDER; AND FURTHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE ANY INFORMALITY OR IRREGULARITY.
