NOTICE OF INVITATION TO SUBMIT BIDS
The Community Development Agency of the City of Ord, Nebraska (“CDA”) is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of all personal property and equipment in the old Ord Quiz building at 305 S. 16th Street, Ord, Nebraska, including but not limited to: printing press, printing equipment, office equipment, furniture, a metal Quonset, and a steel building. No minimum bid is set and bids may be made for all the property together, each item individually, or any combination thereof.
The personal property may be viewed at the former Ord Quiz building at 305 S. 16th Street, Ord, Nebraska, on December 19, 2019 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
Sealed bids entitled “Personal Property, Ord, Nebraska” will be received at Ord City Hall, Attention: Mr. Dan Petska, 201 S 17th Street, Ord, Nebraska 68862, on or before 12:00 p.m. CST on January 3, 2020 and will reviewed at the CDA Meeting on January 6, 2020 at the Ord City Office.
Buyer shall pay for and remove the property within 30 days of the bid being accepted, or the property will be sold to the next highest bidder.
